The base fee is set per country in U.S. dollars and appears inside your ETS account once you select Saudi Arabia — it excludes tax. We do not restate the base figure here because ETS shows it only inside its booking flow; instead we publish the fixed official service fees.

How much does the TOEFL test cost in Saudi Arabia?
The TOEFL fee in Saudi Arabia is set by ETS and shown during registration according to the delivery option you choose, so the official registration page remains the only source for the current figure.
We always advise budgeting slightly above the registration fee alone, to cover extra score sending or a possible reschedule.

Does the TOEFL fee include sending scores?
The fee includes a limited number of score reports whose receivers you select before the test; anything beyond that is requested later at a per-report fee.
Important exception: If you do not select your universities before the test you may lose the included reports and end up paying later sending fees.

Can the TOEFL fee be refunded?
A partial refund is possible if you cancel before the date within the window ETS sets; not attending on test day is non-refundable.

The cost components to expect
The true cost of the TOEFL test is not the registration fee alone. A student who plans well knows in advance which items may be added to the bill, and decides accordingly when to register and how many universities to send scores to directly.

Decisions that genuinely lower the cost
What drives TOEFL cost up most is retaking, followed by sending scores in scattered batches. Decide your university list before test day so you use the report allowance included in your fee, and do not book a date until your practice results sit steadily near your target score.
